Arrival in the historcl centre
of Perugia and welcome in the National Cooking School.
This is a cooking school with a high level of professionalism which
prepares future chefs, sommeliers, professional tasters of extra virgin
olive oil and other typical italian products and it is formally recognized
nationally and internationally.
The school is located in a beautiful monastery of XIII century, along
the medioeval walls of the cities.
The building has been restored in a way to do not change the original medioeval
structure and, at the same time, inside there are beautiful highly professional
kitckens where all the participants to the courses are directly involved in
all the preparations, after the theorical lesson.
The school has also created special courses, held by professionists,
dedicated to all Italian cooking and food lovers, that can last one,
two or three days with a special “ Attendance Certificate” given
at the end of each course.

INFORMATIONS:
- This program, on early request, can be also in the afternoon;
- The 3 days cooking class can be offered to guests that sleeps in hotels that are not further then 50 km (as for example Perugia, Cortona,ecc.);
- The 1 day cooking class can be offered to guests that sleeps in hotels that are not further then 80-90 km (as for example Arezzo, Siena, the area of Montepulciano and the Val d’Orcia).
