A very special day is about to start!
In one day, with our private ferry-boat, we will be able to visit suggestive
medieval towns and enjoy a tasty brunch with typical local products and good
wine during the pleasant and panoramic cruise on the Trasimeno lake.
We leave from PASSIGNANO sul Trasimeno, which is a little town on the lake and
surrounded by gentle hills, with our private ferry-boat.
Our first stop is the Maggiore island which takes just a few minutes to reach,
with its little port that faces a charming fisherman village, dated back to the
XV century, where around 100 inhabitants live.
The presence of cars is not allowed and the visitors can enjoy suggestive walks
around the hilly island.
There are also two churches with frescoes from XIV and XVI centuries, an interesting
castle and the unique Museum of Traditional Lace, (a very old tradition on this
island).
Now let’s get back to our private boat and enjoy a tasty brunch with typical
products, meanwhile we will reach the Polvese island.
Polvese Island
After lunch we’ll visit the island, which is a scientific and
natural park: here we can take one of the naturalistic and panoramic
walks and also see the acquatic garden, which is definetely worthwhile.
Last stop of the day will be at S. Feliciano where it is possible to visit
a traditional olive mill and listen to the explanation of the entire process
of oil-making with traditional systems.

Back to the mainland and end of services.

- All the places visited in this day are close each other and are located in the area of the Trasimeno lake (30 minutes driving west from Perugia, the main city of Umbria region);
- This program can be done all year round ;
- The boarding point (Passignano sul Trasimeno)can be changed depending on where the clients stay:
- In case of strong rain, wind or bad weather condition the tour is cancelled without any responsabilities by the organizers;
