Few minutes away from the Abbey, this place is located at the extreme top of a hill from which the view it is really spectacular!
Lunch is based on genuine local products and great wines including the Brunello di Montalcino.

Arrival to the medioeval Castello di Romitorio, that now is an important winery owned by the famous italian artist that gave his artistic touch on the restoration of the castle.

Visit to the wine cellar, with explanation of the process of making a quality wine and wine tasting. If the weather permits the tasting is held in the terrace of the Castle that boats a spectaclar view of the town of Montalcino and the surrounding hillsof Val d’Orcia.
